June Hyo Kang is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) and a member of the Tax & Customs Group at Lee & Ko. He specializes in the field of domestic financial taxes, including tax audit defense and pre-tax audit review, tax appeal, general tax consulting and strategic advisory services. He also advises on tax due diligence for corporate acquisitions.

Mr. Kang played a key role in tax audit defense work for major domestic corporations, particularly financial holding companies, banks, credit finance and insurance companies. He also handled numerous national and local tax appeals, including appeals against tax investigation results from tax authorities. He has previously conducted numerous tax due diligence and consultations for corporate acquisitions, contributing to the successful corporate acquisition for many clients. Additionally, he helped clients minimize their tax risks through his practical advice on tax ruling and legislative consulting.
