陈正九顾问于2018年7月结束30年的国会公职生涯，于2019年1月加入韩国广场律师事务所（Lee&Ko），目前主要负责立法相关法律咨询业务。
陈正九顾问于1988年8月参加并通过立法考试后，先后在财政经济委员会、法制司法委员会、国会经营委员会、政务委员会任职，并担任法制室经济法制审议官、企划调整室长、立法次长（副部长级）等要职，对法律议案审查、预算审查、国政监察·调查、听证会等领域经验丰富。
