印秉春会计师曾在四大会计师事务所之一的毕马威会计师事务所的税务部门工作25余年，是税务领域首屈一指的专家。印秉春会计师于亚洲金融风暴后，为诸多进军韩国的外国公司、外商投资企业及本土企业提供了税务咨询等，在税务调查、税务复议、有权解释等领域经验丰富。Recently, in addition to advising on tax consequences and related concerns for inbound investment transactions involving the Korean market, he has successfully advised on a broad range of outbound tax planning matters in connection with expansions into overseas markets, as well as advising foreign and Korean corporations on M&A-related deal structuring, tax due diligence and other tax concerns. His major clients include Korean and foreign/multinational companies in various industrial and business sectors, including manufacturing (electronic devices, automobiles, etc.), pharmaceuticals, banking and financial investment services, real estate investment, construction and engineering, information technology, etc. Mr. Ihn received B.A. in business administration from Sogang University and an M.A in taxation from the University of Seoul. He is a member of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Korean Association of Certified Tax Accountants.
