Eun Pyo Hong served as a judge for 20 years beginning in 2005, presiding over a wide range of cases—including criminal, civil, and bankruptcy matters—at courts such as the Supreme Court of Korea and the Seoul Central District Court. He has extensive expertise in judicial practice, particularly from his five-year tenure at the Supreme Court as a research judge, where he also served as Chief Research Judge for Criminal Affairs and Director of the New Criminal Cases Division. During this time, he was actively involved in legal research and policy development related to emerging technologies such as crypto assets, artificial intelligence, and information law.

In 2025, Mr. Hong joined Lee & Ko, where he advises clients and handles a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including civil, criminal, and corporate disputes, drawing on his comprehensive experience from the judiciary. He also serves as Co-Head of the Digital Assets Center.
