Jeong-Ho Sun is a partner at Lee & Ko. Mr. Sun's primary practice areas include Antitrust and Competition, M&A and general Corporate transactions. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2008, has been involved in many significant international cartel cases, international merger filing cases, M&A due diligence works and also provided legal services regarding general corporate law matters. Mr. Sun is admitted to the Korean Bar in 2008 after he completed a two-year legal training course at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea, and he is also admitted to the New York Bar in 2013. He received an LL.B. from the Seoul National University College of Law in 1999. He received an LL.M from University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law in 2013.
