Hyunseok Song is a partner in the Labor and Employment Group. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2008, he worked for Jisung Law Office for nearly four years, accumulating legal expertise in Labor & Employment litigation involving issues that span the full spectrum of employment and labor laws (wrongful termination, wage claims, unfair labor practice, etc.). Furthermore, Mr. Song is well-known for his extensive experience in providing practical and effective solutions and advice to clients in labor union negotiations and disputes. Mr. Song is admitted to the Korean Bar and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2005. He holds a B.A. in Law from Korea University. As a member of the Labor Law Forum, he presented the research to be studied, titled "Legal Issues in Conditional Discipline".
