Jung Ho Ryu joined Lee & Ko's Tax Practice group as an associate in 2013. He specializes in the areas of tax disputes, tax & customs, tax consulting & tax planning, tax audits, and capital market. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Economics (Statistics major) and Financial Engineering from the Korea University in 2008, Mr. Ryu passed the U.S. CPA exam and gained substantial institutional investment experience working at Allianz Global Investors as a portfolio manager. Mr. Ryu is a member of the Korean Bar Association and the Seoul Bar Association since 2013. He earned his J.D. in 2013 from Kyung Hee Law School. Mr. Ryu is fluent in Korean and English. In addition, Mr. Ryu provides tax advisory services related Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) under the US tax code for Korea Federation of Banks, General Insurance Association of Korea and Korea Life Insurance Association, etc.
