Mr. Yun Tae Hong is a foreign legal consultant at Lee & Ko and a member of the New York Bar. His practice primarily focuses on the areas of general corporate matters, aviation, transportation, construction, real estate, legislative consulting and National Assembly / government affairs.
Mr. Hong has extensive experience in handling international and domestic legal issues including, but not limited to, regulatory compliance matters for multinational corporations. Mr. Hong's unique background as a Deputy Director at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, allows Mr. Hong to provide practical solutions and legal services to his clients, assist them in navigating complex areas of law and manage relations and expectations with the governmental agencies. - Advised major foreign airline on matters regarding approval for its air transport business and other regulatory issues
