Jin Hyun Seong is an associate in the Banking and Finance Practice Group. He specializes in aircraft lease transactions and aircraft financing transactions. Mr. Seong has represented major airlines and a number of law cost carriers in Korea. He also represented various Korean financial institutions in aircraft investment deals. His expertise spans not only customary finance leases but also operating lease, sale and leaseback transactions and aircraft sale and purchase transactions.
