Elizabeth Shin is a member of our International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Group. She advises clients on a broad range of issues in international arbitration conducted under the rules of leading international arbitral institutions, including the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, KCAB and SCC. Her practice mainly focuses on cross-border disputes arising out of various types of contracts, such as sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements and distribution agreements, across a wide range of industry sectors. She was selected to train as an advisor to the Citizen's Advice Bureau at the Royal Courts of Justice in London and is a member of LCIA's Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG).
