Ki Wook Kang is a Senior Foreign Attorney in the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Lee & Ko. His main practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, outbound investments, joint ventures, foreign investments, corporate governance, and general corporate. Prior to Lee & Ko, Mr. Kang had gained extensive experience in various types of cross-border corporate and business transactions by practicing both as in-house counsel and outside counsel. He worked at Samsung Electronics as M&A lawyer focusing on Samsung Group's major M&A and corporate transactions. He also had substantial experience in representing major corporations, banks, and private equity funds as an associate of a Korean law firm and a US law firm.
