As a member of the Antitrust & Fair Competition Practice Group, Minhee Lim's practice focuses primarily on general corporate law, general anti-trust and fair competition matters. Ms. Lim received her B.A. in Business Administration(double major) and Aesthetics from Seoul National University in 2014. In 2017, she graduated from Seoul National University Law School, and was admitted to the Korean Bar.

- Represented a U.S. energy company in connection with the investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice for allegations for cartel conduct
- Provided legal counsel on fair trade law risks related to internal transactions within affiliates of Samsung, including Samsung Electronics
- Provided legal counsel on fair trade law risks related to the provision of new services by a major entertainment agency
