Soo Jung Heo advises clients on a broad range of corporate issues, with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, foreign investment and cross-border investment.While in law school, Ms. Heo was an award-winning participant in the 23rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong (in the role of main pleader for the Seoul National University Law School team), personally receiving the Best Orator award, as well as sharing in the team's receipt of the Best Submission award and 1st place ranking in the preliminary national round of competition.
