As a member of Lee & Ko's Corporate/M&A Practice Group, Justin Kim advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and investment-related matters in the areas of mergers/acquisitions, private equity, outbound/foreign investment, and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Justin worked at Paul Hastings LLP in New York and at Kim & Chang in Seoul.
