• Represented the emission facility operators such as L company and H company in administrative and criminal lawsuits related to violations of the Air Quality Conservation Act, the Water Environment Conservation Act, and the Integrated Environment Act.

• Advised T radioactive waste handling company on response to administrative and criminal proceedings concerning alleged violations of the Nuclear Safety Act.

• Advised domestic and foreign funds on matters including environmental impact assessment; licensing; location review; and establishment of waste treatment facilities.

• Advised clients on acquisition of waste treatment companies (incineration, reclamation, recycling, etc.) and water treatment companies.

• Represented clients in administrative lawsuits concerning designation and cancellation of waterfront zones, cancellation of the imposition of charges, permission to import wildlife, etc.
