As a member of Lee & Ko's Antitrust & Competition Practice Group, Hojung Lee advises clients on a broad range of antitrust-related issues in connection with both domestic and cross-border transactions. Ms. Lee's experience includes advising on regulatory compliance and violations in connection with restrictions against unfair practices, cartel activity, unfair support and abuse of market dominance. Ms. Lee also advises on filings required in connection with corporate mergers and business combinations, as well as advising clients in connection with establishing and maintaining appropriate compliance management systems.
