She has handled both out-bound cases to help leading Korean companies register, protect and enforce their trademarks aboard, and in-bound cases to represent foreign companies in trademark filings, appeals, oppositions and invalidation/cancellation trials at the Korean Intellectual Property Office and Tribunal, and subsequent litigations at the Korean Patent Court. Her major foreign clients have included Armani, Verizon, Bally, GE, GNC, Roche, Head, Henkel, Red Bull, and Sanofi, among others.With her academic background in Philosophy of Art at Seoul National University and experience as advertisement producer at Cheil Worldwide, Ms. Bahn is reputed as providing new perspectives and fresh angles in her counseling of trademarks and designs, from both legal and business points of view.
