Jun Hee Choi is a senior foreign attorney in the Banking & Finance Group. Her practice areas encompass cross-border transactions spanning multiple jurisdictions involving syndicated finance, acquisition finance, project finance & infrastructure, real estate and other related areas of law.
Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2006, Ms. Choi worked as a Business Analyst at Macquarie Bank. While working at Lee & Ko, Ms. Choi was on secondment to LG Display (Global Affairs & Transaction Department) in 2012 and KEXIM Bank (Financial Advisory & Structuring Department) in 2013.
Ms. Choi received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Columbia Law School with the highest academic distinction (James Kent Scholar) in May, 2018. She received a dual degree of Commerce (Finance) and Laws from The University of New South Wales, Australia in 2004 and a graduate diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law (Sydney), Australia in 2005.
Ms. Choi is admitted to NSW Bar in Australia since 2005. She is also admitted to New York Bar in U.S. since 2018.
Ms. Choi is a CFA charterholder.
