Dr. Kim is a research fellow at Lee & Ko, providing detailed and insightful research to clients regarding corporate policy and law. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Dr. Kim worked at the Korea Capital Market Institute (KCMI), the Korea Economic Research Institute (KERI), The Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) and the Samsung Economic Research Institute (SERI). Drawing upon her extensive academic background as a legal scholar, Dr. Kim advises clients on ESG, corporate governance, capital markets regulation, institutional investor stewardship and shareholder activism.
