As a member of Lee & Ko's Environment Team and Occupational Safety Major Accidents Team, Seulbin Park's main practice focuses on assisting clients in setting up a compliance system that is compliant with the applicable environmental and occupational safety regulatory scheme in the field of ESG. Her particular focus is on environmental and energy companies. She advises on matters relating to M&A, administrative, civil, criminal and other dispute cases involving environmental and energy companies. She also advises clients on issues relating to foreign investment.
