    Ho Jin CHOI
    Ho Jin Choi has extensive practical experience in adjudication, having served as a judge at various levels of courts for 15 years since 2010. He handled a wide range of cases, including civil, criminal, and non-contentious matters. Notably, during his tenure as a Research Judge at the Supreme Court of Korea, he reviewed over 1,500 cases spanning various legal areas.

    At the Seoul Southern District Court, he presided over numerous injunction cases involving internal corporate disputes such as shareholder meeting resolutions, internal organizational disputes like suspensions of duties, and other urgent matters including stays of delisting decisions and broadcast prohibitions. He also handled criminal cases related to the Capital Markets Act. While serving at the Seoul Central District Court, he was part of the Intellectual Property Division, overseeing cases related to intellectual property rights and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act.

    In addition to his judicial roles, he served as a Public Information Officer at the Seoul Southern District Court, gaining valuable experience in judicial administration.
