As a New York-licensed attorney, Ms. Kim handled various international arbitration proceedings conducted under various international arbitration institutions such as the ICC, SIAC, and KCAB. Prior to her work in international arbitration, Ms. Kim gained experience in U.S. litigation practice through her work for the State of New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division as an Appellate Court Attorney where she worked closely with judges of the appellate court by researching and analyzing various cases involving U.S. civil and criminal law.
