John S. Pool joined Lee & Ko as a senior foreign attorney in 2007. His practice areas include M&A, Corporate, Foreign Investment, Anti-trust & Competition and Labor & Employment.

Utilizing his broad experience, Mr. Pool has successfully represented numerous foreign and Korean companies in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, strategic alliances and joint ventures, corporate governance, labor & employment, fair trade, and general corporate matters.
