Giusung Oh is an antitrust and competition law expert providing comprehensive legal services across every stage of antitrust and competition law matters, from responding to Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) investigations, KFTC deliberation proceedings, and administrative litigation, to handling civil and criminal litigation.

Drawing on his extensive experience as a judge and later as Director General of the Adjudication Management Bureau and Non-Standing Commissioner at the KFTC, Mr. Oh excels at accurately identifying key issues and developing effective defense strategies at both the KFTC deliberation stage and in subsequent administrative litigation.
