Hyeon Mi Bae is a partner in the Litigation Group. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2007, she has been involved in numerous complex litigations in the fields of family law & inheritance law, insurance, insolvency, rehabilitation, administrative law, corporate governance, M&A, antitrust and competition, construction, consumer claims, product liability, professional liability, real estate, tax disputes, white collar crime, and trusts. She also has conducted due diligence in various M&A transactions.
Ms. Bae received her LL.B. from Korea University College of Law in 2001, and was admitted to Korean Bar in 2004.
