Hong Yoon Kim is a partner in the firm's Litigation Group. He has extensive experience and expertise in complex commercial litigation and has litigated some of the largest and most complex cases that have been brought in the district and appellate courts in Korea. His legal practice has focused on complex business litigation, with emphasis on the following areas: Corporate, Real Estate, a residential environment improvement project, a housing redevelopment (reconstruction) project, , White Collar Crime, Administrative Litigation.

Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a B.A. in law in 2007. In 2009, he was admitted to the Korean Bar and completed the legal training program at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in April 2012, Mr. Kim served as a Judicial Officer for the Korea Legal Aid Corporation.
