Jeong Yoon CHOI is a Partner in the Antitrust & Competition Group. Ms. Choi’s practice focuses on antitrust matters such as abuse of dominance, M&As, cartels, unfair trade practices, unfair inter-affiliate support and other antitrust issues including subcontracting, franchising, distribution and consumer protection. She also provides general consultations on antitrust issues, responses to KFTC investigations, antitrust mediation, and responses to antitrust criminal investigations and sanctions, and engages in antitrust litigation.
