Won Jin Jung is a partner at Lee & Ko. Mr. Jung's primary practice areas include litigation & arbitration, construction, real estate, white collar crime, administrative litigation, environmental law and family & inheritance law.
Since joining Lee & Ko in 2013, Mr. Jung has played a key role in many of the firm's prominent cases, handling a wide range of matters, including injunction procedures involving the bidding process to build a state-of-the-art IT complex in the Sangam-dong area (Mapo-gu district) and injunction proceedings involving the bidding process for a national safety theme park in the Jangseong-dong area by [G] Construction Company; he also deftly handled disputes involving [L] Construction Company and the revised registration for land rights involving [L] Apartments in the Junggye-dong area (Nowon District). In addition, Mr. Jung has also used his vast experience and knowledge to successfully represent the uncle of the famous Korean pop star, Psy, whereby effectively securing his acquittal in proceedings regarding involvement in military service violations, and Mr. Jung represented [H] Motor Group in litigation proceedings regarding restitution for unjust enrichment involving land substitutions.
Mr. Jung received his law degree from Seoul National University, College of Law and completed two additional years of continued legal education at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea.
