Moon Sung Lee first joined Lee & Ko in 1982 and, over a period of 25 years with the firm, was instrumental in developing one of Korea's leading corporate practice groups. In 2006, Mr. Lee left Lee & Ko to accept a judgeship with the Jeju District Court. After serving with distinction for 8 years in that capacity, Mr. Lee returned to Lee & Ko in February 2014. His practice is currently focused on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, international arbitration, cross-border litigation and other related areas.
