Elizabeth Shin is a Senior Foreign Attorney in our International Arbitration Team. She has a wealth of experience handling commercial, construction and investment treaty arbitrations, and has played a key role in some of the most complex and high value claims handled by the team in recent years. She represents both domestic and foreign clients in international arbitrations conducted before the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, KCAB, SCC and LMAA, as well as cross-border litigation matters before courts in England, Norway, Singapore and the U.S.

Ms. Shin also served as a member of the Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center’s (SIDRC) Public Relations Sub-Committee for a two year term from 2017 to 2019.
