Yein Han is a partner at Lee & Ko specializing in intellectual property law and pharmaceutical affairs. She graduated from the Sungkyunkwan University Law School in 2012. In addition to her legal qualifications, she holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the same university and obtained a pharmacist's license in 2008. Ms. Han advised and represented numerous foreign pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, cosmetic companies, chemical companies in administrations and administrative reviews before the MFDS/Environment Government Authority and appeals before the administrative law courts in connection with new drug applications, drug-pricing, pre-registration, labeling, orphan drug designation, IND approval, and advertising matters. She also represented chemical company in product liability case.
