Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2016, Mr. Nam worked as a law enforcement officer at the National Police Agency. Building on his substantial experience in law enforcement, Mr. Nam's practice focuses primarily on white-collar criminal cases, with a special emphasis on areas such as corporate embezzlement, professional misconduct and Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act compliance matters.
