Yinshu Jin, a lawyer licensed in the People's Republic of China (PRC), joined Lee & Ko as foreign legal counsel in 2015. Her practice at Lee & Ko mainly focuses on corporate law, capital markets, maritime law, international trade and other commercial law matters.

She was admitted to the PRC Bar in 1999. Subsequently, she acquired extensive practical legal experience working as an attorney in a number of prominent law firms in both China and Korea, as well as working as in-house counsel for the subsidiaries of certain major Korean holding companies, such as SK and the Hyundai Motors Group. The depth and broad range of her expertise and practical experience in handling commercial legal matters under Chinese law makes her particularly well qualified to provide expert advice and assistance in the handling of various complex issues and transactions involving Chinese laws and the Chinese market.
