Han-Earl Woo is an attorney in the International Arbitration Team of Lee & Ko. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, he served for three years as a public service advocate at the International Legal Affairs Division of the Ministry of Justice where he handled various investor-state arbitration cases concerning the Korean government. He also advised the Korean government on a variety of issues concerning public international law, the negotiation of international investment agreements, investor-state arbitration reform, and was a part of the Korean delegation to the ICSID.
