Shin Jae Noh is an associate in the Corporate Group specializing in healthcare practice. She focuses on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, foreign investment and general advisory/litigation work for life sciences companies, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and healthcare companies. In addition to her legal qualifications, she holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the Seoul National University and is a licensed pharmacist.
