Hyun Pang is a senior partner in the Corporate Group. He is a leading expert in the areas of Corporate, Commercial, Cross Border Investment, Taxation and Tax Planning. He has represented numerous corporate clients, including: Aegon Group, BR Korea, Jinro, Kyobo Life Insurance, Lotte, Posco, and Posteel in connection with various corporate transactions.

Mr. Pang has significant legal experience in diverse roles. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 1982, he served as a Public Prosecutor. He also is a former Director of Lotte Card Co., Ltd. and worked as a foreign associate at Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office.

Currently, Mr. Pang is also a Director of Macquarie Korea Opportunities Management Limited Foundation and a Director of Daesan Foundation for Rural Culture and Society.

Mr. Pang is admitted to the Korean Bar and the New York State Bar.
