Junghyun Park is an expert in international trade. He utilizes his diverse career experience in government and law firms to advise domestic and foreign companies and governments on matters such as international trade, customs, and international transactions. He represents and advises clients on a wide range of cases involving anti-dumping duty, countervailing duty and safeguard investigations in foreign countries such as the US and China, anti-dumping duty investigations by the Korea Trade Commission, and economic sanctions imposed by the UN and the U.S.

Mr. Park has a proven track record of success in handling customs litigations related to FTAs and representing companies in customs investigations and customs criminal cases. As a skilled negotiator, he has represented the Korean government in many high-stakes negotiations, including the trade negotiations of IPEF, RCEP, Korea-China FTA, China-Japan-Korea FTA, and the rule-making negotiations in the five UNCITRAL Working Groups on Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Dispute Settlement, Digital Trade, International Insolvency Law and Judicial Sale of Ships. Mr. Park also represented the Korean government on the legal committee of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) for years.
