Jae Hoon Choi is a partner at Lee & Ko primarily practicing in the area of labor law and Japanese corporate practice.

Mr. Choi is one of the most active lawyers in the Korean labor law field. He has been participating in numerous legal due diligences and counseling on many labor issues arising from establishment of corporate or corporate restructuring (merger and acquisitions, split-offs, business transfers etc.).

▶Reviewed and analyzed the HR management structure and possible improvements thereto for H-steel, E-Energy, Y-Logistics
