After eighteen years of practice as a judge, Mr. Kim joined Lee&Ko in 2000. Mr. Kim absolved his official duties as commissioner in the Administrative Appeals Committee from 2007 to 2010. In addition, he served in the Constitutional Court of Korea as Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General from May 2010 to June 2013. After his posts in the Constitutional Court of Korea, he returned back to Lee & Ko.
He is in charge of litigation, related to constitutional law, finance, real property, construction, company, criminal law and administrative law.
