Jae Hun Choi is a Certified Public Accountant (U.S.) and a leading member of our International Trade & Customs Practice Group. Having extensive experience with trade remedy matters (anti-dumping, countervailing duties, etc.), and FTA compliance issues, Mr. Choi provides expert advice and accounting/regulatory analysis to clients on a wide range of customs and trade-related issues.

- Mr. Choi has worked on a broad range of cases requiring specialized trade & customs expertise. Representative of such cases, is a particularly complex recent case in which Mr. Choi acted as an advisor for clients in connection with a high-profile anti-dumping investigation action initiated by a foreign government concerning various manufacturing industries, especially the petrochemical and steel industry sectors, involving products such as DOP [Dioctyl phthalate], DOTP [Dioctyl terephthalate] and LAS [Linear Alkylbenze Sulphonate].
