• Acting as lenders counsel to development and financing of an offshore wind farm project (99MW) in Jeonnam (Jeonnam 1 Offshore Wind Farm Project)

• Acting as lenders counsel to financing of a solar farm project (41MW) in Seosan using a HoldCo structure

[Energy]

• Advising Stonepeak with respect to its first Korean solar farm development, a separate Shinan-gun solar farm and its market entry into the Korean offshore wind farm development market.

• Advising Northland Power with respect to their ongoing investments in Korean offshore wind farm developments.

• Advising foreign energy companies with respect to the initial entry into the Korean market and ongoing sourcing and joint development of renewable projects in Korea.

• Outbound equity investment in portfolio of battery energy storage system (BESS) in UK

• Outbound investment in Upper Trishuli-1 Hydroelectric Power Plant (216MW) in Nepal

• LP investments into numerous limited partnership vehicles such as Brookfield Global Transition Fund GP, L.P., KKR Diversified Core Infrastructure Fund SCSp, EIG Condor Co-Investment, L.P., etc.

• Advising numerous export companies and government-owned companies on risk related to sanctions or export controls
